CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Whitesell Corporation manufactures and distributes engineered, complex, specialty, and standard metal parts, components, and fasteners. It also provides supply chain management solutions for various markets. The Customer Service Representative position provides a high-level of service to Whitesell customers and is a liaison for our customers and Whitesell account managers.
Core Duties/Responsibilities:
Work directly with customers and account managers to ensure smooth transition of orders and new products into Whitesell systems.
Coordination of all domestic and overseas shipping activities to include freight set-up, shipping documentation and billing.
Coordination of sample request documentation for customers and account managers.
Assist customer and account managers with new product flow.
Ability to understand customer forecast and supply.
Complete Customer Compliance Requests, USMCA, ROHS, REACH, etc.
Special Projects as requested.
Adhere to all Whitesell policies and procedures in order to maintain the company's quality system.
Minimum Qualifications or Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
Strong mathematical skills, communication skills (written and verbal), and organizational skills are required.
Microsoft Office Excel and Word.
Preferred Qualifications:
3-5 years of Industrial Customer Service experience.
