Customer Service Representative jobs in Jamestown, NY

We are searching for experienced Customer Service Representatives. Must have prior customer service experience, to include phone, email and chats. Good communication skills a must.

Renold is an international group delivering high precision engineered and power transmission products to our customers worldwide.

• Provides answers to general customer questions regarding product dimensions, features and general application with the support of Product Managers/Engineering as required.

• Supports Shipping/Receiving as required to insure invoices, packing lists and all shipping documents such as bill of lading and product certifications are accurate and correctly applied.
• Take an active role in selling additional products, and services to customers whenever appropriate and possible.

• Compile statistics, and prepare various reports for management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
