As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the bridge between our clients and their customers, ensuring exceptional service and effective communication. You'll collaborate closely with client representatives and engage with the local community to identify and meet customer needs. Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:

• Represent client products and services through direct communication and customer education
• Develop a deep understanding of client goals and customer expectations through hands-on training and community interactions
• Create sales by delivering insightful service solutions, including information on product benefits, discounts, and industry standards
• Use client-provided technology to streamline customer service and enhance the overall experience
• Collaborate with other Customer Service Associates and members of the Client Sales department to review performance metrics, set goals, and ensure client satisfaction

Customer Service Associate Qualities:

• High school diploma or GED required; higher education (1-4 years) is a plus
• Background in customer service, sales, marketing, business, or communication is preferred but not required
• Strong communication abilities, a professional and friendly demeanor, and a willingness to learn
• Ability to embrace new marketing and sales trends, meet client expectations, and support evolving business needs
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and accountability to complete daily and weekly tasks

Pay: $42,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
