Gym/Spa Services Specialist

This is a great opportunity to work with an amazing Health and Wellness team at a unique full-service facility in White Plains, NY.  This role is an administrative and hands-on technician/specialist role. You will be thoroughly trained in administering Cryo Sauna, Infrared Sauna, and local Cryo therapies to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and book appointments for all location services
• Greet all clients and educate/offer additional products and services
• Manage point of sale for bookings, client data accuracy and reporting as needed
• Administer infrared sauna, local and stand-up cryo therapy sessions to clients
• Thoroughly clean cryo and sauna after every session and as needed
• Assist in overall facility cleaning, organizing and maintenance including bathrooms and laundry
• Social media content creation and posting
• Special projects as needed

Must Haves:

• Enjoy working with people and providing impeccable customer service
• Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
• Must be able to communicate clearly in a sometimes-loud environment
• Comfortable calling clients and speaking on the phone
• Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments
• General computer skills
• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Treating customers with the utmost professionalism in this client-facing role is crucial
• Cryo, Sauna, or Health and Wellness experience a plus  

Schedule for this role:  Part Time Hours (less than 30 hours per week)
