Insurance Lounge is seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor for our Grants Pass, OR location. Previous management, sales, customer service, comfort with technology, strong verbal and written communication skills along with a great attitude are required to apply. 

The primary duties of the Customer Service Supervisor include, but are not limited to:

• Greeting clients, attending to client requests in-store and over the telephone
• Assist agents with appointments, renewals, & new sales
• Supervise the customer service team and address any issues that may arise
• Identify training gaps within the customer service team, conduct necessary training, with emphasis  on sales and direct communication
• Oversee and participate with client customer service interactions
• Build a strong local network through excellent customer service and referrals. 
• Primary point of contact and organize scheduled office closures (phones, door signs, staffing, etc)
• Assist the Executive Team with requested tasks
• Organize & Execute company events across all locations
• Organize calendar invitations for team meetings
• Coordinate birthday & anniversary celebrations for all locations
• Schedule / Oversee maintenance for each location
• Organize & coordinate inventory and supply ordering for all locations, including Insurance Lounge swag
