Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Trainer to join our team. As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering effective training programs to enhance the sales skills and performance of our sales team. You will play a crucial role in driving sales success and achieving company goals. Responsibilities: - Design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs for new hires and existing sales team members - Conduct training sessions in both classroom and virtual settings - Develop training materials, including presentations, job aids, and e-learning modules - Collaborate with sales managers to identify training needs and create customized training plans - Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and feedback - Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales team members to reinforce learning and improve performance - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new sales techniques through continuous research - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Talent Management, Human Resources, and Sales Operations, to align training initiatives with organizational goals - Utilize learning technologies, such as SharePoint or other learning management systems, to deliver and track training content - Assist in the development of succession planning strategies for the sales team Skills: - Proven experience in sales training or related field - Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory - Excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners - Proficient in using learning technologies and tools for content development and delivery - Familiarity with performance management processes to assess individual and team performance gaps - Ability to conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and best practices in sales training - Strong talent management skills to identify high-potential individuals for future leadership roles within the sales organization - Experience in technical writing for creating clear and concise training materials - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Join our dynamic team as a Sales Trainer and make a significant impact on the success of our sales organization.
