Position Title: Order Processing Specialist

Location: Flagstaff, AZ 

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with and take orders directly from customers on the phone, in-person and via e-mail
• Input and create orders in our ERP system
• Control Oil Inventory
• Maintain Exxon Mobile DPIM Procedures

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 2 years of Customer Service experience
• PDI Experience preferred 
• High school diploma required
• Must have a strong work ethic
• Must be well organized and a self-starter
• Must be able to follow standard filing procedures
• Strong attention to detail 
• Professional attitude, reliable
• Proficient 10-key by touch
• Possess strong organizational and time management skills
• Proven skills in:
  • problem solving
  • note-taking
  • research and resolution
  • multi-tasking
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner
