As an Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for cultivating and communicating to clients and leads, as well as educating and nurturing interested parties. One of your main objectives will be to cultivate and educate "Raving Fans!" that will spread the word about Phoenix Haus. If they actually are into raves, that’s different from what we are cultivating, but we’re cool with that too. Whatever brings joy!
