As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for the onboarding, education, and ongoing support of our residential solar customers from the sale to PTO. You will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and maximizing their experience with us. Your responsibilities will include:
Onboarding new customers: Setting expectations, guiding them through the installation process, and answering their questions.
Providing ongoing support: Proactively addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and offering guidance on optimizing their solar system.
Building relationships: Fostering trust and loyalty through regular communication and personalized interactions.
Identifying upsell opportunities: Educating customers about additional services that can enhance their solar experience, i.e. HVAC Service plans or Solar Monitoring (if applicable to your market)
Collecting and analyzing customer feedback: Using insights to improve our services, and overall customer experience.
