Currently, we are developing a next generation payment platform and neobanking service. Our mission is to build software solutions that solve big problems for business verticals that have been overlooked by out of the box business software products—helping our customers grow, save money, and operate more efficiently.
Role:
Customer Success Agent
● Perform various test cases on in-development software
● Provide support and troubleshoot customers problems as they arise
● Organize and keep track of support tickets
● Assist with product installations when needed
● Utilize all of the software the Dev/Support team currently uses
1. RingCentral
2. Slack
3. Google Drive
4. Jira
5. Confluence
● Assist Account Managers showcasing software
● Communicate with Director of Client Services daily
● Weekend support shift flexibility
● Any and all daily tasks presented by Director of Client Services
