Job Overview: As a Customer Success Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding support and assistance. You will collaborate closely with our overseas support team to provide seamless service to our clients. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to assist with device troubleshooting and basic support inquiries. Essential Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with our overseas support team to ensure a cohesive and efficient customer support process. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Assist customers with device troubleshooting and basic technical support. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving. Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Work closely with cross-functional teams to relay customer feedback and enhance our products/services. Contribute to the development and improvement of customer support processes and procedures. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions. Required Qualifications: Minimum of Bachelor's Degree (Healthcare Administration, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or Communications preferred) Experience in EMR/EHR training or implementation is a plus Working knowledge of physician billing, clinical, and operational workflows for both in-patient and out-patient settings is a plus Experience working as a transcribe in a medical practice is a plus Sound analytical and problem solving skills Strong computer literacy and the comfort, ability, and desire to advance technical knowledge and understand industry standards Excellent verbal and written communication skills Willingness to travel nationally up to 40% of the time Compensation and Benefits: Competitive Base salary ranging from $40k-$60K Low-cost health benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and Ancillary) Competitive PTO package 100% 401K company matches up to 4% of the base salary.
