Customer Success Specialist

Gold Star Graphics is a successful clothing decorator and promotional products company searching for flexible go-getters who will roll up their sleeves and build strong relationships with customers to deliver consistently excellent customer experiences.

Required skills and qualifications

· Knowledge of Microsoft Excel with a minimum of 1 year experience

· Knowledge of Outlook and able to manage large amount of emails

Preferred skills and qualifications

· Ability to work effectively across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment

· Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
