Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the financial services industry. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction, drive product adoption, and maximize customer retention.

Responsibilities

• Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and opportunities for growth.
• Handle inbound calls from clients, addressing their inquiries and providing solutions.
• Proactively reach out to existing and potential clients to identify opportunities for collaboration and growth.
• Represent Northeast Kingdom Online at business events such as Chamber business nights, trade shows, and other networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Production team to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services to clients.
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all interactions with clients and internal teams.

As a Customer Success Advocate at Northeast Kingdom Online, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. You will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, assisting them in identifying opportunities for growth and guiding them through the fulfillment process. Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 per week
