Description
Fairways to Heaven Golf Travel, a custom golf tour operator, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in a full time role. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and maximizing their overall experience.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and operations to ensure a smooth and seamless customer journey. You will be responsible for onboarding new customers, managing changes/additions to their tours, and ensuring clients have all necessary information for their tours prior to departure. Furthermore, you will be the go-to person for any customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing pre and post-trip support.
To be successful in this role, you must have an understanding of the golf travel industry, be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
