Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued customers. This is a key role in our organization, as you will be the main point of contact for our customers, building strong relationships and providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agency customer accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and concerns.
- Understand customer needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
- Conduct renewal check-ins with customers to review rates and address any concerns, as well as leverage products for our producers.
- Provide training and support to customers on our products and services.
- Monitor customer usage data to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Proactively identify potential risks or challenges and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Skills
- Strong background in insurance services preferred.
- Proven experience in account management or customer success roles preferred.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software.
- Knowledge of market trends and industry best practices.
- Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data to drive decision-making.
