The role primarily involves answering phone calls from early child care providers, offering support with their grant reporting, and conducting comprehensive reviews of grant expenditure reports and staff payrolls to ensure compliance with grant regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for meticulously documenting their findings and communicating results effectively with providers. Ideal candidates for this position will possess fluency in Spanish (both written and verbal), exceptional customer service skills, proficiency in phone and email etiquette, advanced attention to detail, high reading comprehension, the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and contribute to committee discussions, proficiency in computer applications such as Word, Outlook, and Excel, data entry skills, a willingness to adapt and learn new strategies, and a solid foundation in basic math.
