Job Description
Responsibilities
· Supervising the daily operations of the Support Department.
· Setting goals and expectations for team members and helping them reach those goals.
· Ensuring customer service level is up to standard.
· Handling customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
· Making weekly and monthly reports for Executives.
· Other duties as assigned
