    A Customer Success Manager's Key Responsibilities:

    Discovery & Recognizing Risk/Opportunity: Effectively identify and assess customer needs, risks, and opportunities to maximize engagement and success.

    Driving Commitment: Excel in securing customer commitments, ensuring they are fully engaged with our solutions.

    Directing the Customer: Skillfully develop and implement Mutually Agreeable Points (MAPS) for successful customer turnarounds, ensuring alignment and satisfaction for both parties.

    Problem Solving: Demonstrate expertise in resolving customer issues with innovative and efficient solutions.

    Follow-Up: Consistently provide effective follow-up, ensuring customer needs and commitments are met with excellence.

    • At least 4 years in relevant roles.
    • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

    What We Offer:

    The starting salary for this position is on-target earnings of $75,000-$107,000 annually with a combination of base bonus structure.
