We are looking for a bilingual candidate to represent Cronkhite Homes to the bilingual community. If you're looking for an exciting opportunity in the home-building industry, look no further! As our Bilingual Customer Success Consultant, you're not just a consultant you're a superstar! Your mission: create a symphony of smiles while guiding our customers through the adventure of finding their dream homes. 1. Bridge the Gap: As our Bilingual Customer Success Consultant, you'll be the link between Cronkhite Homes and our bilingual community. You'll be the friendly face that represents us, helping us connect and communicate effectively.

2. Be a Social Media Maven: If you enjoy using social media and even making your own TikTok videos, you're in for a treat! We want you to bring your creativity to the table and help us promote Cronkhite Homes within the bilingual community.

3. The Ultimate Customer Experience: You'll play a crucial role in guiding our customers through the home-buying process. From initial interactions to closing sales, you'll ensure a smooth and satisfying journey for every customer.

4. Team Player: Join a hard-working team with strong core values, a clear company vision, and supportive leadership. Your outgoing and people-first attitude will make a significant impact on our team's success.

Prerequisites for Success:

• Engage with leads from various sources and ensure they feel valued and cared for.
• Collaborate with agents and gather valuable feedback to improve our services.
• Assist potential home buyers by understanding their needs and guiding them through the home-buying process.
• Manage contracts and proposals, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain excellent communication with customers throughout the entire home-building process.
• Be the face of social media content.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish a must.
• Missouri Real Estate License (preferred, but not required we'll help you get it!).
• Proficiency in office software systems (Google Workplace preferred).
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management software (Lasso preferred).
• Organized, adaptable, and capable of meeting deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to different sites and communities.
• Clean driver's record and valid (or able to attain) Missouri driver's license.
• Physical ability to lift 25 lbs.
