What you’ll do day-to-day to help businesses grow:

Identify customer needs, troubleshoot based on product functionality, and successfully implement solutions

Communicate with customers primarily via email with some text message, phone, and video support
-
Provide training and educational support to customers so they find success with conversational text messaging and automated follow-up, directly helping to reduce churn and increase retention

Collaborate with your manager and team members to drive customer happiness based on the trends and insights you experience
This is a full-time position (M-F, 9-5 PM MT) located in American Fork, Utah that offers a hybrid work schedule.
What we’re looking for in a teammate

1 year(s) of customer service/support experience

Clear communication skills, both verbal and written

Customer-focused mentality: You’re ready to problem-solve alongside customers, helping them feel heard and understood, using de-escalation skills when necessary

Curiosity and eagerness to learn: You want to understand our customers, their needs, and how Skipio solves their problems

Initiative and self-motivation: You take responsibility for your assignments and daily tasks as you work independently and then come together to collaborate

Fluent in Spanish

Previous SaaS experience, whether that’s in sales, customer support, or another department

Used tools like Hubspot and Trello for managing tasks, tickets, etc.
