Duties

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues.
• Utilize effective communication skills to build trust with customers, actively listening to their needs and concerns.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date with new features and releases.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
• Provide proactive support to customers, identifying and addressing potential issues before they escalate.
• Develop and maintain a rapport with customers, fostering long-term relationships and loyalty.

Experience

• 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer support environment.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and meeting customer satisfaction targets.
• Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
• Experience with multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Fluency in English and/or other languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.

Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
