Verizon Customer Support Trainee Responsibilities:
- Master key face-to-face customer acquisition strategies, gaining a deep understanding of the company’s approach to effectively engaging and converting potential customers in person
- Proactively approach and connect with prospective customers on behalf of our clients, identifying their needs and delivering personalized solutions to drive successful customer acquisition
- Contribute to the formulation and implementation of business strategies, supporting initiatives that expand client portfolios and broaden market reach, ensuring sustained growth for the company
- Collaborate closely with the Verizon Customer Support Trainee team and management, actively participating in efforts to optimize customer acquisition processes and consistently meet or exceed client expectations
- Consistently achieve and surpass customer acquisition targets, leveraging strong communication skills and product expertise to drive high-quality sales and foster lasting client relationships
- Take initiative in identifying areas for personal and professional growth, leveraging feedback and mentorship to enhance business development skills
Verizon Customer Support Trainee Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Genuine interest in learning the fundamentals of sales, account management, and customer acquisition
- Strong desire to excel in a dynamic results-oriented environment
- Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- capable of addressing customer inquiries, overcoming objections, and navigating a wide range of scenarios during in-person interactions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, face-to-face sales environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $750.00 - $1,050.00 per week
