Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Flex Officer to join our team. As a Flex Officer, you will be responsible for providing security services and maintaining a safe environment for our clients. This position requires flexibility in scheduling and the ability to adapt to various assignments and locations.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter(Working environments and conditions may vary by client site)
• Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
• Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences
• Monitor and authorize entrance
• Must be able to write and submit reports as needed

Requirements/Qualifications :

• Valid guard card
• TWIC is a plus but not required
• Valid government issued ID card
• Must be able to operate basic smart electronics
• Provide excellent customer service
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, work outside in inclement weather
• Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the State
• Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
• Must have access to reliable transportation
