Job Description
Family Guidance Centers, Inc. (FGC), a not-for-profit behavioral healthcare organization, treats and prevents substance use disorder, as well as an array of other related problems. Essential Duties- Plans and implements prevention programming for Sangamon and Menard counties in conjunction with other prevention resources (CPRD, PFI, SAMHSA, etc.).
- Works with schools, communities, and organizations to develop alcohol, tobacco, and other drug prevention oriented social planning.
- Maintains records and reports of prevention activities in accordance with all pertinent rules and standards.
- Deals effectively with a variety of personalities and situations requiring tact, judgment, and poise.

Pay Rate:Up to $38,577; based on experience

Required Experience
Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work, Psychology or related discipline from an accredited institution preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid drivers license and automobile insurance. IAODAPCA Certified Alcohol and Other Drug Preventions (CADP) preferred.
