SunPlus Data Group is seeking a Systems Analyst to work for a State Government facility in Appleton, WI.
This is for 12 months to start and is likely to extend
Hours are generally M-F, 40 hrs/week
Pay is $32/hr W2 hourly or $35/hr 1099 (CTC)
**(THIS POSITION IS 100% ON-SITE ONLY, MANDATORY WITH NO EXCEPTIONS) **
It usually takes the State Government about 1-3 weeks to start interviews, to make you aware of the timeframe. The first interview will usually be via phone or WebEx.
JOB SUMMARY:
The State of WI seeks a Systems Analyst with documented experience. The Systems Analyst will plan, design, document, and implement information technology to support the ongoing needs of Outagamie County and its partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recommends, analyzes, investigates and tests new technology and, enhancements. Ensures technology meets IT standards for security, compatibility and standardization.

Actively collaborates with assigned Departments and outside entities to understand user's needs.

Recommends new products and procedures to achieve their business goals.

Assists during their investigations and testing.

Coordinates the process for each assigned County department to prepare strategic 3-year and capital IT plans.

Assist departments with planning, research, preparation and presentation of plans.

Serves as a project manager for Information Technology projects within assigned Departments.

Maintains working knowledge of security/regulatory compliancy required by assigned Departments to serve as resource to identify solutions and policies/procedures that will help Departments maintain a high level of compliancy.

Procures, installs, tests, monitors, upgrades, troubleshoots and repairs computer systems, and peripherals.

Serves as liaison between end users, vendors, hardware and software manufacturers.

Reviews, verifies, updates & processes invoices related to purchases.

Uses automation tools to configure, test and deploy system wide installations and updates.

Prepares/updates training material and documentation for departmental and internal IT systems.

Trains end users on proper usage of hardware/software.

Maintains Security on all end point devices

Maintains hardware inventory and software licensing.

Provide 2nd tier support for the IT Support Specialist Team.
REQUIRED SKILLS:

2-3 years’ experience installing/configuring/troubleshooting hardware and software

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to manage project scope and schedule

Considerable ability to coordinate multiple tasks at once.

Windows 10, Apple IOS, PDQ (App Deployment and Client Management)
