Your Mission:Â
As a Financial Analyst, you will analyze and interpret financial data to provide actionable insights that drive our data center's financial strategies. Your role will involve optimizing pricing practices, managing financial risks, and evaluating the financial performance of the company to support informed decision-making. You will work with a variety of financial data, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, market trends, and cost structures.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Analyze business and financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop financial models to support pricing strategies and organizational decision-making.
- Prepare and present financial plans, reports, and forecasts for leadership.
- Evaluate industry trends and provide recommendations to enhance financial performance.
- Conduct capital expenditure analysis, including depreciation and ROI assessments.
- Assist in developing and automating reporting tools for efficient data analysis.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and participate in audits as assigned.
- Oversee fixed asset processing and ensure accuracy in cycle count processes.
- Manage and analyze capital project requests, tracking expenditures and approvals.
- Work closely with Program Management, Operations, Purchasing, and other teams to enhance financial understanding and support strategic initiatives.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and cross-train within the finance team.
- Handle costing, inventory management, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Perform account reconciliations and support other financial functions as needed.
- Engage in daily, weekly, month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial processing tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual – English and Spanish required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Proven proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems; familiarity with NetSuite is a plus.
- Background in a Manufacturing, IT, or Telecommunications environment is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Degree in accounting, finance, engineering, economics, business, or other areas with an emphasis on mathematical and logic proficiency.
- Desirable MBA with a focus on finance.
