We are currently seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join our team Onsite in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Job Description:

• Basic troubleshooting, parts replacement, systems upgrades, deployment, and repair on desktops / notebooks/printers.
• Identifies potential issues that could adversely impact end user experience and takes corrective action.
• Make policy recommendations to their managers and be an escalation point for less experienced team members.
• Well-rounded knowledge of the policies and procedures for their work area.
• Work may require discretion and independent judgment for non-routine matters. However, the primary focus of work activity is predominately routine.
• May respond to calls after normal business hours per leader instructions.
Performs troubleshooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, basic deployment, and repair on desktops / notebooks/ printers.

Basic Qualifications:

• 2 years of relevant Field Tech/ Desktop Support experience.
• 1 years of Imaging experience required.
• 1 years of experience with Windows operating system environment.
• 1 years of experience with troubleshooting, parts replacement, systems upgrades, deployment, and repair on desktops / notebooks / printers.
• Solid client service skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required - Undergraduate degree or some college coursework preferred.
• A desktop or equivalent skill set is required; additional certifications for various hardware platforms may be required.
• Ability to physically perform general office requirements.
Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.

About NTT DATA Services: Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this onsite role is $22.00 - $27.00/hour USD. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
