This role is vital to ensuring our facilities reflect the high standards we hold as a company, creating an environment where employees and visitors feel valued and cared for. This position will be located in Hutchinson, KS and the required hours are Monday-Friday 10 am - 7 pm.

What You'll Do:

Key responsibilities include:

Janitorial Maintenance:

• Perform custodial tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, picking up trash, and general floor care.
• Clean restrooms, break rooms, conference rooms, doors, windows, elevators, and other areas.
• Handle minor repairs such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and fixing leaks.
• Assist in sanitation control and report any repair needs to the Facilities Manager.
• Check for safety hazards and monitor emergency lights and fire extinguishers.
• Assist in unloading trucks, moving furniture, and setting up spaces as needed.

Ground Maintenance:

• Maintain outdoor areas by picking up litter and performing weed control.
• Assist with snow removal to ensure safety for employees and visitors.

• Prior experience in custodial or facility maintenance roles.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
