Compares output to control totals and makes corrections to codes and batches as necessary. Being a Data Control Clerk prepares and distributes output reports as instructed. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, Data Control Clerk typically reports to a supervisor. The Data Control Clerk possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Document Control Clerk Duties:- Maintain the document control room in a clean and orderly manner
- Be able to use Prelude for the purpose of verifying purchase order information is the same and accurate.
- Be able to use Excel and Windows in the performance of the clerk's duties.
- Be able to read and understand drawings, specifications, etc.
- Be able to keep all files, drawings, specs, and QA clauses current and up to date at all times.
- Be able to archive drawings and specifications and keep paper records of these changes, notify the supervisor of these changes so the computer record can be updated.
- Be able to dispose of obsolete files in accordance with established retirement schedules or legal requirements.
- Be able to pull and file drawings from C&M orders.
- Be able to make labels on the Okidata label machine.
- Be able to investigate information contained in files, insert additional data on file, and supplies information from file data to the requestor.
- Stamps documents received, and types indexing information on folders such as labels.
- These are the basic duties of the document control clerk, other duties can be assigned by the supervisor if required.
Job Details:- Temporary position for 6-9 months
- 4-6 hours a day
- Eligible for employment in the US
