We are looking for a data-driven expert who has great attention to detail and looking to thrive in a dynamic, growing environment. Intermediate experience in spreadsheets and proficiency in database management required. Do you have lightning quick and accurate typing skills and impeccable organization? Then this is the Data Entry Specialist position for you. This short-term contract / temporary Data Entry Clerk role is based in the Holland, Ohio area.

Responsibilities

- Request further information for documents that are deemed incomplete

- Inspect reports and sheets of data

- Submit information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems

- Review and remove unneeded data as well as combine data from multiple sources

- Search websites for information

- Create notes of tasks, files, and progress

- Methodically review completed work, checking for computation errors or duplicate values before submitting the final product- Solid understanding of data entry

- Inbound Outbound Calls experience required

- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company

- High typing accuracy

- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

- Applicant must be familiar with word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
