Acture Solutions is seeking an experienced Data & Reporting Analyst. As we continue our journey of expansion and innovation, we need someone with exceptional organizational and analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making and the accurate reporting of data within the Chappaqua School District.
Your Role: As the Data & Reporting Analyst
In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to meet district, state, and federal requirements. You will work closely with district administrators, school leadership, and educators to ensure data accuracy and support continuous improvement initiatives across the district.
Your Impact:
•Data Collection & Management: Gather, organize, and maintain data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines.
•Data Analysis: Analyze student, faculty, and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Use statistical techniques and data visualization tools to interpret data insights.
•Reporting: Generate and submit required reports, including state and federal reporting, district-specific reporting, and ad-hoc data requests from school leaders.
•Collaboration: Work with district and school leadership to develop data strategies that align with district goals. Collaborate with educators to support data-driven decision-making for educational outcomes.
•Training & Support: Provide training and support to staff on data systems, data entry, and data usage practices.
•Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure compliance with data governance policies and conduct regular data audits to maintain data integrity.
Who You Are: Required Qualifications
•Education: Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Information Systems, Education, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for education.
•Experience: Experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role, preferably within an educational setting or public sector.
•Technical Skills: Proficiency with data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau) and experience with student information systems or education-related databases.
•Knowledge: Familiarity with data privacy laws and regulations, including FERPA, is preferred.
•Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to communicate data findings effectively to a non-technical audience.
Preferred Skills:
•Experience with educational data systems (e.g., eSchoolData, Infinite Campus).
•Knowledge of state and federal reporting requirements for school districts.
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time onsite position Monday-Friday, with flexible hours between 7a-6p.
