Job Description

Our client is seeking a temporary Human Resources Data Entry Clerk to support their Human Resources department. Their company is currently going through a reorganization and needs support with multiple projects.

• Temporary position for 3-4 months
• Monday-Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm
• $22.00-24.00 Hourly

Responsibilities:

• Transfer data from previous database to their new database
• Ensure all data is error-free, backed up, and stored safely
• Identify and solve any data entry-related issues
• Maintain and update the database and regularly eliminate duplicate data
• Answer main phone line and direct calls

Requirements:

• Must have 2 years of experience as an Human Resources Data Entry Clerk or a similar role
• Outstanding written and verbal communication
• Ability to type quickly
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• A plus if experienced in SharePoint
