This position involves heavy data entry, assisting with entering product information into the system and cross referencing - needs sharp attention to detail. Must be able to handle constantly changing priorities: sales, project assisting, answering phones, customer service, data entry...no two days are the same. This position is full time, Contract to Permanent. M-Th 730-5, and Friday 730-1. Will pay for a full "40 hour" work week when you are hired on permanently. Your responsibilities

- Providing key partners with project information

- Providing support to Project Managers by organizing team meetings and communication per project specifications in order to maintain project deliverable schedules

- Making travel arrangements and finding accommodations for training seminars, conferences and additional project-related events

- Assist project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support

- Recording meeting minutes and maintaining records of tasks and progress

- Using online resources to research information

- Ensuring documents are complete, requesting additional information as needed

- Analyzing data, developing reports, proofreading and editing documents, and preparing presentations
