The Data Entry Tech transfers data from paper format into computers files or database systems in an accurate and timely manner. This position ensures the accurate entry of important data including new product vault inventory, weekly sales, METRC, test results, and other items requested by management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Transfers data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards and scanners.
• Updates spreadsheet with sales based on the many differentiating product information.
• Checks and ensures METRC data is inputting in management spreadsheet.
• Compiles and enters test results for products including concentrates, vapes, gummies, flower.
• Retrieves data from database or electronic files.
• Performs regular backup to ensure data preservation.
• Organizes and files paperwork after entering data to ensure it is easily accessible.
• Creates sales orders for dispensaries.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
