Inventory Data Entry Specialist

Job Tasks

· Record the receipt of material into the company ERP system.

· Maintain Shipping Records (receipt and shipped to records),

· Following all cGMP’s.

· Conveys materials and items from/to receiving, warehouse, staging, or shipping areas as directed

· Abides by all safety rules and regulations

· Data entry into Macola & Excel

· Fills component/chemical reqs.

· Returns store credits

· Receives incoming shipments

Job Skills

· Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

· Excellent organizational skills

· Computer literate

· Excel

· Word

· Macola

· Other software as the job dictates

· Problem Solver

· Self-motivated

· Ability to work independently as well as a team environment

· Ability to complete simple mathematic calculations, read, write, comprehend, and follow instruction and work document in English.

· Able to perform and complete manual tasks as required; must have the ability to multi-task

Education/ Experience

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· 1 yrs. experience in a manufacturing environment
