Together with:

• Lead conversations with key stakeholders to elicit requirements 
• Manage the communication and clarification of requirements between the business and the development team 
• Act as a liaison between the business and development team 
• Collaborate with clients to prioritize business requirements 
• Lead analysis effort and develop detailed user, business, and functional requirements 
• Create visual models to enable collective understanding of processes, data flow, user interaction, and others as needed 
• Validate that solution components meet business requirements 
• May prepare a gap analysis 
• Mentor and coach junior business analysts on processes and skills 
• Define processes and techniques to efficiently elicit requirements needed from the business users 
• Facilitate the analysis of what needs to be done to bring the business (or part of it) to a desired future state 
• Analyze the business to identify capability gaps and/or opportunities and to determine the value-added solution 

In combination with:

• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred 
• Experience with full-lifecycle enterprise application development or product integration projects 
• Experience with business processes, data flow, and user interaction modeling 
• Excellent written, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills 
• A passion for creating technology solutions to solve business pains/challenges 
• Problem-solving skills; ability to analyze, understand and communicate problems 
• Prepares and maintains documentation, use cases, requirements, process flows, and user manuals 
• Industry expertise (financial, healthcare, life science, retail, consumer products, manufacturing, etc.) 
• Oracle, MicroStrategy, and Business Objects experience a plus 
• Datavault experience a plus 

You are the best candidate if you have:

• Minimum 3 years of business requirements experience 
• PMI or IIBA certifications
