As an Office Clerk - Data Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our operations team by providing general administrative support, generating insightful reports, and conducting data analysis to drive informed decision-making. Weekly pay starting at $25 - $30/hr and great benefits available!
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the operations team, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in the creation, formatting, and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Conduct data analysis using various software tools to extract meaningful insights and trends from datasets.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains based on data analysis findings.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proven experience in an administrative role with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis software (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make recommendations.
