The Senior Data Analyst is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the organization’s data analytics, business KPI's, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, underwriting systems and marketing metrics. This role is key in driving data-driven decision-making, optimizing CRM strategies, and ensuring efficient and accurate underwriting processes. This person is also responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on marketing statistics to optimize the organization’s digital presence. Key Responsibilities:
Business Analytics:
o Lead the business analytics function by developing and implementing data strategies that support business goals.
o Analyze complex data sets to provide actionable insights that drive business performance, customer engagement, and profitability.
o Design and maintain business intelligence tools, dashboards, and reporting systems.
o Collaborate with the senior management team to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements in business operations.
CRM Systems:
o Oversee the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of the CRM systems, enhancing customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
o Ensure CRM data integrity, and provide insights to improve customer segmentation, marketing efforts, and sales strategies.
o Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align CRM processes with business objectives.
Google / Marketing Analytics:
o Oversee Google Analytics accounts, tracking codes, and goals to monitor overall lead performance.
o Track and analyze marketing traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
o Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic sources, bounce rates, session duration, and conversion rates.
o Assist in developing and implementing tracking strategies for digital marketing campaigns, including UTM parameters and custom events.
o Create dashboards and visual reports to communicate executive teams.
o Monitor SEO performance and provide recommendations for improving search engine visibility and ranking.
o Support the implementation of Google Tag Manager and other tracking tools to ensure comprehensive and accurate data collection.
o Troubleshoot issues related to data accuracy and tracking implementation.
Underwriting:
o Lead the underwriting team in evaluating data and systems to approving loan applications.
o Assist in developing and maintaining underwriting guidelines and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
o Monitor and assess underwriting performance to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
o Collaborate with executive management team to ensure that underwriting practices are aligned with business goals.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
-5 years of experience in business analytics, CRM systems, and/or underwriting, with a proven track record of leadership.
-Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide strategic recommendations.
-Knowledge of CRM platforms and best practices for CRM strategy development.
-Experience in underwriting is a plus.
-Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
-Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
