Job Description:
- The GRC Analyst in the Information Security Governance function is responsible for supporting and enhancing the organization's security posture by ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, and policies. The role involves assessing risks, designing frameworks, and monitoring controls to align the organization's security practices with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies, standards, and guidelines.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, PCI DSS).
Years of Experience - 3 to 5 years of experience
Technical Skillset Required
- Understanding of information security principles and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST CSF, COBIT).
- Familiarity with compliance standards like GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and SOX.
- Experience with risk assessment tools and methodologies.
- Proficiency in security controls and technical frameworks.
- Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platforms like Archer, MetricStream, or ServiceNow.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is
(HOURLY RATE 40 TO 45). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
