The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A post-secondary degree in business, mathematics, or related educational field with minimum of 2-3 years of professional related work experience with large data systems and data analysis.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
The Part C Data Manager position requires knowledge of children’s services delivery systems; expertise in tools and processes related to data analysis and reporting, including data integrity, statistical methods, and data visualization; and ability to collaborate and lead a team as needed. Uses Excel, PowerBI, and other software tools to effectively analyze, prepare and present to various audiences and stakeholders. Ensures the quality and accuracy of Part C data and serves as a subject matter expert on data integrity, extraction, and compilation.

The successful candidate is not expected to have complete knowledge of all job duties, as training and support will be provided. However, a strong capacity for independent learning will be essential in this role.
