    Cascade AIDS Project and are excited to announce that we are hiring skilled and team-oriented Contract and Data Support Specialist. The Contract and Data Support Specialist works with the staff and management of Cascade AIDS Project’s (CAP) Housing & Support Services and SW Washington teams to create and maintain data tracking and reporting tools, provide reporting and analysis of data, and assist with data quality training and tracking for department staff

     

    This is a Part-Time (.5-.7 FTE) role working at our CAP NW Davis St. location. The schedule for this role is Flexible with some regular business hours.

     

    Starting pay is $30.04. Pay for The Contract and Data Support Specialist increases with tenure and the top of the pay scale is $33.79. This is a union represented position, so the compensation, benefits and conditions of work are collectively bargained.

     

    Who You Are

    • 3 years of related professional experience
    • Significant experience with database management
    • Software proficiency in Microsoft Access, including familiarity with Access VBA, and Excel environments
    • Additional relevant certification, training, or experience
    • Experience working with ServicePoint or other Homeless Management Information Systems (HMIS)
    • Experience working with CAREWare and/or Provide
    • Knowledge and understanding of federal and local housing programs

     

    What You’ll Do

    • Work with the Housing & Support Services and SW Washington teams to create and maintain data tracking and reporting tools
    • Complete reporting to contracting agencies
    • Assist department management with monitoring for contract compliance
    • Provide analysis of data to CAP management
    • Assist with data quality training and tracking for department staff
    • Provide in-depth analysis of data from ServicePoint/CAREWare/Provide for strategic development.
    • Other duties as assigned
