Job Profile: Programming and Control Specialist

Summary: We are seeking an experienced PLC programmer with advanced knowledge in Allen Bradley systems and experience in programming KUKA robots. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing, developing, and maintaining complex automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:

Design and program automated control systems using Allen Bradley PLCs.

Develop and optimize operation sequences of KUKA robots for manufacturing and assembly applications.

Perform diagnostics and troubleshoot automation systems and machinery.

Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers to integrate robotic systems.

Document processes and keep operation and maintenance manuals up to date.

Provide technical training and support to operators and maintenance technicians.

Qualifications:

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in programming Allen Bradley PLCs.

Proven experience in programming and maintaining KUKA robots.

Strong understanding of automation and process control principles.

Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams.

Excellent communication skills and teamwork.

Desirable:

Certifications in programming Allen Bradley PLCs and KUKA robots.

Experience in implementing artificial vision systems for robotic guidance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
