Job Summary:
The Warehouse Specialist performs a variety of warehousing duties that require an understanding of the establishment's storage plan. Work includes, but is not limited to the following: verifying incoming inventory against receiving documents; noting and reporting discrepancies such as damages, shortages or overages; stowing inventory in prescribed storage locations to include stacking and palletizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods; relocating inventory as required; inventorying on hand stock; picking inventory from storage location; packaging inventory in preparation for shipment, and entering pick/packs in NESSS.
