Data Warehouse Programming Specialist is responsible for data warehouse design and configuration. Provides supports for data warehouses. Being a Data Warehouse Programming Specialist is responsible for coding and documenting procedures, and programming, testing and debugging data warehouses. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Data Warehouse Programming Specialist typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. You Will be responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory in the warehouse(s).
Essential Functions:
· Conducts cycle counting and assists with periodic physical inventory audits.
· Maintains accurate daily records of goods received and shipments made.
· Maintains and updates required inventory levels for goods, products, and materials.
· Manages and maintains inventory software under the direction of supervisors.
· Executes inventory management procedures.
· Processes and documents returned items.
· Conducts quality checks on stored inventory to comply with company standards.
· Provides inventory reports to Inventory Control Supervisor/Manager.
· Maintains a clean and organized working environment.
· Performs any other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
· Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
· High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
· A minimum of one year of warehouse and inventory control experience is required.
· Basic understanding of inventory control procedures and ability to use a scanner.
· Organized and able to work with minimum supervision.
· Ability to properly manage their time.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and internet.
· Familiarity with Nulogy or SAP or WMS systems.
· Able to work in fast paced environment.
Level II Requirements:
· Production and inventory management certifications (i.e. CSCP or CPIM) is preferred.
· Two or more years of warehouse and inventory control experience.
· Demonstrated experience in Nulogy or SAP or WMS systems.
· Ability to train other cycle counters in the process and in use of scanners.
· Leads inventory teams during annual physical inventory process.
Work Environment:
· The employee is frequently exposed to moving machinery.
· The job will occasionally require lifting / carrying / pushing / pulling up to 50 lbs.
· This job will require working in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse (indoor temperature fluctuates through each season)
· This job will require standing or walking for long periods of time and performing tasks at heights.
· The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
· This job may require working extended hours, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays, and other shifts and overtime as needed, to meet customer requirements.
· Some sites require compliance to GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices) for food safety.
· All sites require compliance to PPE’s (Personal Protective Equipment) for safety compliance.
