Data Warehouse Specialist performs technical administration duties for the development and maintenance of data warehouses. Provides technical support and coordination during warehouse design, testing and movement to production. Being a Data Warehouse Specialist acts as a liaison between engineers, data architects, programmers, and analysts. Implements and enforces standards and procedures to ensure data is managed consistently and properly integrated within the warehouse. Additionally, Data Warehouse Specialist manipulates and combines data from various sources to enlarge and enhance the data warehouse. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Data Warehouse Specialist work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.     Skills & Qualifications:

    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.

    Education and Experience:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
    • One year in a vehicle parts department required.
    • Sales Experience preferred.

    Essential Duties, Responsibilities, Skills & Qualifications:

    • Oversees the Parts Sales process from start to finish.
    • Communicates with customers on parts status.
    • Communicates with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Must be able to read and understand the Parts Catalog when looking up parts.
    • Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
    • Provides high level service to internal and external customers.
    • Pulls and fills orders from stock.
    • Notifies Parts Manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.
    • Locates out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submits an Emergency Order, if necessary.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Required to stand, sit, use hand to finger, handle, or feel.
    • Frequently is required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach with hands and arms, take, and hear.
    • Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
    • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
