Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Database Administrator to join our team. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our company's databases. You will also be responsible for ensuring the security, availability, and performance of the databases.

Duties:
- Designing and implementing databases based on business requirements
- Developing and maintaining database structures, tables, and views
- Creating and maintaining database scripts for automation tasks
- Ensuring high availability of databases through backup and recovery strategies
- Monitoring database performance and optimizing query execution
- Troubleshooting database issues and resolving them in a timely manner
- Collaborating with developers to optimize database design for application performance
- Performing regular database maintenance tasks such as index rebuilding and statistics gathering

Qualifications:

• Experience with entity-relationship diagrams and relational database development tools.
• Experience in Structured Analysis and Design techniques, data dictionaries, database schemas and database security.
• Experience in investigating, analyzing and modeling corporate data, including corporate databases, application systems and associated interfaces. Also ensure the appropriate design, configuration, integration, and installation of database management system applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, and three years or more of related full-time, paid experience as an Oracle, SQL Server or AIX administrator.
• Strong initiative and leadership skills, strong work ethic, responsibility and dedication.
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
• Strong verbal and writing skills.

Pay: $80,342.16 - $150,594.86 per year
