    The Program Manager is a full-time on-site position located at the main headquarters in Perrysburg, OH. The Program Manager will report into the President/CEO.

    ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Cross-functional team leader responsible for the planning and execution of the Cabinetworks Account and its programs. Provide leadership in annual contract procurement and fulfillment activities collaborating with customer service, graphics, IT, leadership, marketing, and production departments.

    • Support the vision, mission, and guiding principles of the company.
    • Interacts in high visibility role with client and coworkers throughout company to encourage growth and accommodate client requests.
    • Prepares project schedules, reports, and communicates expectations internally & externally with client.
    • Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel through assigning duties, responsibilities, and deadlines.
    • Monitor progress on project milestones and deliverables.
    • Anticipate and plan for project risks.
    • Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems.
    • Maintain and organize key project documentation and assets in compliance with BML document storage protocols.
    • Quoting & preparing proposals for client
    • Facilitate product change management & manage prototyping process, sample building, & proof approvals
    • Collect, summarize, and analyzes inventory, invoicing, forecasts, profitability, budget statements, and other type of reports, etc.
    • Manages and reports on program pricing for client related to contract.
    • Collaborates with operations team on creating production schedule and reports on progress with production team.
    • Creates & maintain standard price list documents.
    • Use team approach for scheduling large and/or complex tasks.
    • Creates and manage customer orders inside ERP, Scheduling Software, and Warehouse Management System.
    • Creates & maintains SKU product management
    • Understands and communicates QC requirements.
    • Suggests, and participates in QC & productivity improvement projects.
    • Gain a functional understanding of all aspects of the company, including understanding client and internal terminology.
    • Gain a comprehensive understanding of BML's organizational goals and objectives.
    • Behave and lead in a manner consistent with BML corporate values.
    • Provide leadership through personal behavior, engagement with employees, strategic thinking and focus on results.
    • Identifies sales opportunities
    • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills/analytical
    • Ability to delegate tasks and follow up with Account Specialist/Account Coordinator/Junior Account Manager/Account Support/Assistant Account Manager
    • Other duties as assigned.

    REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

    • Time management: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
    • Strong customer orientation with a keen attention to detail.
    • Effective team player committed to working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
    • Extensive application of Microsoft Office applications; able to learn new applications quickly; data input at a minimum 50 wmp.
    • Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals with or without hand-held calculators.
    • Must have high integrity; good attention to detail; and be dependable.
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills; easily establish rapport with clients and co-workers.
    • Exceptional internal and external customer orientation.
    • Analytical, evaluative and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
    • Excellent understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor's degree or Equivalent Relevant Experience.
    • Business-to-business customer service experience within the print, warehousing, direct mail or visual arts is preferred. Project management certification or experience required.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Lifting, carrying up to 50 pounds (Occasionally)
    • Ability to move in and around warehouse & production floor work areas to monitor processes and project progress.
    • Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
