Retail Industry Leader seeking an Auditor!
Will be responsible for the centralized auditing of expense reports submitted by store associates. 

Must have skills:

- Prior auditing experience (Expense report auditing preferred but not required)
- Customer Service mindset. "The customer is always right".
- Soft skills to be able to ask tough questions in a non-accusatory way. Ability to defuse difficult situations. 
- Strong attention to details. 
- Good troubleshooting and investigative skills. 
- Ability to deal with ambiguity/gray
- Basic Excel skills (Building pivot tables, Vlookups, sorting/filtering)
- Not intimidated by technology
- Does not require constant supervision but understands when to escalate to their supervisor.
- Has a basic understanding of the travel industry
- Strong verbal and written skills

No prior experience in the retail industry is needed. Reports to Audit Supervisor and has no direct reports.  Minimum of high school equivalency. 3-5 years of prior auditing experience preferred.

Position can be remote but must work East Coast time (Core business hours 9 am EST to 4 pm EST) and be performed in a distraction free environment (when talking with associates the resource will be expected to be on camera). 
Potential for contract -to-hire conversion (no guarantee) at the end of 6 months.
