Job Summary:

To meet the needs of our customers by providing effective communication and uploading the required reports to databases in a timely manner.

Responsibilities and Objectives:

• Answer phones in a professional manner daily.
• Edits technical documents.
• Upload documents based on information received from technicians in the field into state databases and distribute reports as needed.
• Assist in maintaining customer records and job site information.
• Administrative support.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent writing and grammatical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
