Day Care Center Teacher jobs in Rock Hill, SC

The weekly hours are 5 hrs Thursday and Friday between our open hours from 7:30 to 4:30. The hours need to be flexible starting at 8:00 until 1:00. GoldenCare has a "no show policy" for all interviews. If an interview is scheduled and there is no contact prior to not showing up for your interview will not be considered for future employment with GoldenCare. Nursing responsibilities include the following:

• Conform with responsibilities in current DHEC and CLTC Regulations for ADHC centers.
• Monitor Phoenix portal and respond to referrals, print and file new service forms (update POCs, if needed), communicate with participants, their families and RPs, medical professionals, Case Managers and Care Coordinators, etc.
• Process referrals and new admissions, document services and maintain and update participant files minimally quarterly.
• Supervise development of and implement a care plan, coordinate treatment plans with participants and/or family members, their medical professional, therapist and other service delivery agencies.
• Take or monitor vital signs as needed, observe participants’ functional level and note and appropriately report any changes in condition to their physician, case worker(s), family, etc.
• Label and properly secure medications, administer as prescribed, record in MAR and observe for possible reactions.
• Provide emergency care, including notifying EMS, MD, emergency contacts, e.g.
• Be available to solve problems regarding participant care and report to Director or Administrator any inadequacies in care.
• Check Rx and supplies inventories, review expiration dates and take appropriate action.

Required: Current RN license, minimum of one year experience in related health or social services program and one year of administrative or supervisory experience, good verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
